Creating dashboard rules and conditions

  1. Navigate to a Dashboard, and then select Edit mode.
  2. Click the Data Driven Dashboard icon to open the Rules/Conditions Editor.
  3. Click + Add Condition to create a new rule/condition.
  4. Specify a Name for the new rule/condition a name. Then click Add Condition.
  5. Select from a choice of columns, variables or existing filters.
  6. Specify the value you want to associate with this condition.
    Note: You can enter multiple values by inserting commas between each value. Do not add a space after the comma separated value.
  7. Create additional rules as needed to satisfy the desired dynamic dashboard behavior.
  8. Click Publish.
