Setting a default Smart Insight configuration

  1. From the Configure Insights page, click the Saved Configurations icon.
  2. Select your configuration. The name of the currently selected configuration is highlighted in blue. The selected configuration's settings are displayed.
  3. Click the More icon.
  4. Select New Configuration > Set as Default for this KPI.
  5. The bookmark icon is displayed for this configuration to indicate that it is the default configuration for the selected KPI.
    Note: When copying a space, the default configurations from the parent space's KPIs are not assigned as the default to the child space's KPIs.
  6. When a default configuration is applied, users are automatically directed to the Smart Insights results page by clicking the KPI's Smart Insights icon. To access the Configure Insights page from the Smart Insights page, click Configure.
