Saving a KPI to the Report Catalog

You can save a KPI in KPI Builder to the Report Catalog so that the KPI can be reused in dashboards or in Infor OS Portal™.

When you want to save your KPI in the KPI Builder, you can click the arrow next to the Save button. Then, you can click Save to Catalog. The KPI is added to the dashboard you were working in and then is saved to the Report Catalog.

When you edit the KPI, you can save any changes to the KPI's dashlet only so that the KPI in the Report Catalog is not changed. Alternatively, you can select to Save All so that the changes made to the KPI in the dashlet are reflected in theReport Catalog.

In addition, for a KPI in the Report Catalog, you can save and publish it as Workspace widget. When you edit a KPI, the changes are reflected in the Workspace.

To run an account override for a KPI Report Catalog object, navigate to Admin > Space Management > Command Window and select a space in the left pane. In the Command Window, you can specify the accountOverrides command for the KPI.
