Using APIs to open dashboards

Open a Dashboards 2.0 in Birst using the drillToDashboard operation. Drill-to-dashboard is essentially the same as a drill-across link on a dashboard. Instead of a button drilling across from one dashboard to another, a web page can drill-to a dashboard.
