Managing existing notifications

You can access the Notification Center from Space Management, Dashboards, Designer, and Visualizer. The Notification Center and the Notification form is the same across each module of Birst. This information and steps can be used across each module.

Users can edit any notification type from the Notification Center in Space Management but users cannot edit all notification types when accessed from other modules. For example, you cannot edit a Dashboard notification from inside Designer, you can only edit Designer notifications from inside Designer.

  1. Navigate to the Notification Center.
    Resting your cursor over the notification displays additional information for the notification. You can use the Search bar to search for notifications.
    To enable the Full Screen Mode layout, select the Full Screen Mode icon.
  2. Identify the notification to manage from the list. You can use the Search Notifications field to search for a specific notification in the list.
  3. To manage existing, use the More Actions menu to Rename, Edit, Move, Duplicate, Run Now, or Delete a notification.
