Account Details

You can view aggregated user and space KPIs for your account. This table shows the KPI fields that display on the Overviewdashboard.

KPI	Description
Total Users in Account	The total number of users in the account, including disabled users. Click this field to display the User Details table for all the total users in the account.
Total Active Users	The total number of Active ( Enabled ) users in account. Click this field to display the User Details table for the all the active users only.
Active Account Admins	The total number of Active ( Enabled ) users who are also Account Admins. Click this field to display the User Details table for the active admins only.
Total Space Count	The count of total spaces in the account. This measure does not include any deleted spaces. Click this field to display the Space Details table for all the spaces in the account.
Total Always On Spaces	The total number of spaces that are always on in the account. This measure does not include any deleted spaces. Click this field to display the Space Details table for only the spaces that are always on.
Total Space Size (GB)	The total space size in GB across all spaces in the account aggregated together. Click this field to display the spaces taking up the most space in the Top Spaces By Size graph.

You can click on the Account Details KPIs to drill across and view the User Details and Space Details table reports. When you click on a KPI, the corresponding table report is displayed with user or space data that is specific to the KPI you clicked. Some of the space and user details that are listed in the table reports include Space Name, Space ID, User Name, User Creation Date, and so on.
