Viewing usage statistics in dashboards and automating usage tracking

After processing the usage data, you can build your own reports in Visualizer and create your own dashboards with the data. For example, you could create reports for:

• Sessions by Date
• Sessions by Weekday
• Sessions by Time of Day
• Spaces Accessed by Date
• Top Users
• Dashboards Accessed by Date
• Last Session by User

You can then add filters to the reports in Dashboards to filter the data by users, space, dates, and so on.

You can automate the space tracking by creating a command file that contains getuseage and any parameters. Then, you can add the command file as a task in Birst Connect.
