Managing a space

After your space has been created, you can manage that space by renaming it, deleting it, or duplicating the space.
Note: You must be the owner of the space or be a System Administrator to manage a space. Some options may not display based on your user's access.
  1. Select the Global Navigation Menu to display the Spaces panel.
  2. Click the Actions icon for the space you want manage.
  3. From the Actions menu, you can select:
    Set as Default
    Set that space as your user's default space. Setting a space as default moves that space to the top of the list in the Spaces panel. When you log in to the application, the Space Overview page for that space is displayed.
    Rename
    Rename the space. Specify a new name and then click Save.
    Duplicate
    Duplicate the space. This option duplicates everything from the space and makes a copy with no options. Specify a new Name for the space, then click Duplicate.
    Delete Space
    Deletes the space permanently. Click Delete from the Delete Confirmation window to delete the selected space.
    Remove me from space
    Removes your user from the space. Click Remove from the Remove Confirmation window to remove your user from the space group.
    Note: Some options display only for the space owner or a System Administrator.
