Enabling mobile access
Account Admins set user access to the Birst Mobile app from User Management. By default, users do not have access to the mobile app.
- From Admin, select .
- Select the user or multiple users.
- Click None, Online Only, and Online & Offline. to select the usage level for the user(s). There are three states of :
- To remove the offline data stored on a user's device, select Remove All from the Mobile Data field. Then, confirm your action.
