Enabling Birst support proxy

Note: This feature replaces the addproxysupportaccess command. Account Admins enable proxy access for specific user accounts from User Management. Enabling proxy access allows Birst Support to access the user's account for a specified time period to assist with debugging and resolving issues specific to an account.
  1. From Admin, select User Management.
  2. Select the user or users that Birst Support should use to log in.
  3. Select ON in the Birst Support field to enable the Birst Support proxy. .
  4. Select the date to grant Birst Support access to the selected user accounts until.


  5. To remove support access, click Birst Support: ON until DD/MM/YY. This updates the proxy settings and removes access for support.
  6. Click Apply to save the changes. Alternatively, click Cancel to cancel your changes.
