Creating the content report to be bursted

  1. In Designer, create the report to be bursted. This is the content report that you want to distribute.
  2. Add a filter to a column.

    See Sorting and filtering in Designer. For each employee to receive a report of only the information that pertains to that employee, you can add an Employee Full Name filter.

  3. Select Display as the Filter Type and select the Prompted check box. To run the report only once, select Display as the Filter Type.
  4. Save the report.
