Troubleshooting Birst embedded content in Infor OS Portal

If this error message is displayed, We're sorry, an error has occurred. Please try again., verify this information:

• The hostname, IDP, and space ID is for the Birst application in Infor OS Portal.
• The SAML SSO URL is provided in the Infor OS Portal Identity Provider settings.
• Your user has access to theInfor Birst space in which the content was created.
• Your user has access to the Infor Birst features that was created by Birst, for example, Visualizer, Designer, and dashboards.
• Your user is a member of the Infor Birst account where the Infor Birst SAML configuration was set up.
• The user name in Infor OS Portal is identical to the user name in Infor Birst.
