The feature is available only when a time dimension, such as Year, Quarter, Month, Week, Day is added to the Category bucket.
You can select one from five levels of granularity: Year, Quarter, Month, Week, Day.
These options are always available, regardless of the current axis level.
The axis label remains unchanged based on the Category bucket selection.
The data points in the chart are rendered according to the selected data level.
Example:
If the axis shows “Year”, but you select “Month,” the chart displays monthly data points.
From the chart, click (pencil icon near the axis label), then select . This opens a panel where you can select the required data level.
After selection, the Category bucket displays the chosen data level in parentheses.
Example:
Year (Month) indicates the axis shows years, but data points are aggregated at the month level.
