Infor OS Health Service: scheduled delivery failure alerts

When a scheduled notification fails because of a user account access issue, an alert is sent to the Infor OS Health Service. Alerts help identify delivery issues and support timely corrective actions.

An alert occurs when:

  • An account is locked, for example, after multiple failed sign-in attempts.
  • An account is disabled, for example, by an administrator.
  • An account is not present in the target space, for example, after removal from the space.

Alerts are displayed as portal notifications in the Health Service Notification UI.

Email notifications are displayed after administrators enable email notifications for these events in Infor OS.

Users with the Birst system administrator role have access to the Health Service Admin screen and the Health Service Notification UI. Users with the Birst user role have access to the Health Service Notification UI.

This alert applies to environments in which users are provisioned through Infor OS (Mingle) and use Mingle SSO.

When an alert occurs, perform these actions:

  1. Identify an affected schedule such as a report, notification, or space.
  2. Resolve user access issues, for example:
    • Unlock the user.
    • Re-enable the user.
    • Add the user to the space.
  3. Rerun the schedule or wait for the next scheduled run to confirm whether the delivery works.
Note: When the notification service is not available, schedule processing is continued and delivery is not blocked.
