Context messaging for KPI charts

You can configure context messages for KPI charts in the Analytics Widget and specify how those messages apply to KPI values and trends.

Context messages can be applied to the KPI measure, the KPI trend, or both.

Note: Context messaging configuration is limited to a maximum of four KPIs per widget.

To configure context messaging for a KPI:

  1. Create or edit an Analytics Widget configured with KPI charts.
  2. Open the Context Message configuration panel.
  3. Select between one and four KPIs to configure.
  4. Define Outgoing or Receiving context message mappings.
  5. Select how the message applies: KPI only, Trend only, or Both.
  6. Click Save.
