Monitoring
Account administrators can view running jobs for an entire account level using the Monitoring feature. Monitoring supports scheduled reports, publication history, and processing jobs.
Administrators track processed-job history, including hierarchy loads, measure grains, and agent logs. Administrators can download logs for troubleshooting, and they can cancel or clear stuck jobs to maintain reliable operations.
The Monitoring page lists scheduled reports with details, such as job name, execution status, and creator. The status indicators show whether reports are running, queued, completed, or failed. Notifications explain cases when a report completes without data or when a report encounters an error.
