GenAI configuration

The GenAI Settings module provides a centralized location where administrators configure GenAI capabilities for a workspace.

To access the module, select Admin > Space Management > GenAI Settings.

Note: GenAI Settings is available only to administrators.

The GenAI Settings module prepares workspace data and business context for AI processing. Configuration in this module helps AI interpret business data, identify values, and generate responses that align with workspace requirements.

The module includes these components:

Data Model Descriptions: Data Model Descriptions define the meaning of business data for AI processing. Administrators specify labels, descriptions, and aggregation properties for measures and attributes. The information provides business context that AI uses when processing requests.
Embedding Processing: Embedding Processing processes business data values from the data warehouse. The processed values help AI identify and match data values during query processing. Accurate value matching improves query filtering and response accuracy.
Instructions: Instructions define workspace-specific rules and business context for AI processing. The instructions guide AI behavior and influence generated responses within the workspace.
