Searching with AI

You can perform natural language search using GenAI.

The function is available only when you enable GenAI feature. For more details, see Enabling Birst GenAI features.

You can start Search with AI from two locations:
  • Space Overview: start a search across the space.
  • Dashboards: search across the spaces of the Dashboard.

To use search with AI:

  1. Select Space Overview or open a Dashboard.
  2. Click Search with AI.
  3. Specify a natural-language search query that describes the required content.
  4. Review the results that the program displays, such as Visualizer reports, Designer reports, and Dashboards. .
    Note: If a query is not supported or cannot be resolved, the program displays limited results or displays a message that no relevant content was found.
  5. Select the required result, preview a report, or filter the results.
