Embedding HTML in dashlets

  1. Select Dashboard, and then select Edit mode.
  2. From the Insert menu (+), click HTML. The HTML Editor is displayed.
  3. Specify the HTML code in the HTML Editor. A preview is displayed in the right-side panel.
  4. Click Insert to add the HTML content to the Dashboard.
  5. Click Save to Catalog to store the HTML Content in the Report Catalog.
    Note: Saved HTML content is available as an HTML Report and it can be reused across multiple dashboards without recreating the content.
  6. Specify the name of the HTML report in the File Name field.
  7. Click Save.

Reusing HTML content

To locate saved HTML content, perform these steps:
  1. Click Insert icon and select Existing Report.
  2. Click Search in the Report Catalog.
  3. Click Filter by HTML Reports or use Search bar.
  4. Select the report.
  5. HTML Preview will be displayed for selected HTML report.
  6. Click Done.
