Using hyperlink in Designer

Use this procedure to create a link from the entity to an external URL. The available options depend on the entity type.

  1. From the Designer Report, select an entity.
  2. Select the Hyperlink icon.
  3. Specify a URL or expression to open the link in a new window in your browser. The URL should be contained in single quotes, for example 'https://www.google.com/'.

    Image URL expressions in Designer reports display images even when the report contains no data. This ensures that images remain visible regardless of applied filters or data availability.
