Custom applications and the analytics widget

When you set up your widget, one of the steps is to select a content application. It is possible that not every space in a tenant is available as a content application. Any spaces that are not created by an existing content application are not automatically available. For example, if you have any custom or partner-created spaces, they are not available on the Select Content Application window.

If you created a custom application in Application Management with a consumer space resource, you can set it as your widget's content application. This way, your widget can use any custom and partner-created spaces as content applications for your widget.

Before you can add the custom application as your widget's content application, you must create the custom application and assign the consumer space.
