Export options

The export options that are available for dashboards and dashlets depend on the type and size of report, the space's Email Export Threshold, and your security permissions.

Power Point Displays automatically
Data to Excel

The user has access to this option if

  • The user only has the Enable Download permission.
  • The user has the Email Export and Enable Download permissions, and the report's number of cells is equal to or less than the Email Export Threshold.
All Data to Excel via email

The user has access to this option if

  • The user only has the Email Export permission.
  • The user has the Email Export and Enable Download permissions and the report has more than cells than the space's Email Export Threshold.
Note: If a Visualizer table report has several rows, it is exported to multiple pages in PDF. Cross tab reports are reduced in size to the size of a page. There is a limit of 5000 pages when exporting to a PDF or a PPT.

Visualizer charts that are exported to Excel or PDF may not always resemble the report in Visualizer.
