Creating a schedule to run and distribute the content report
- Select Admin > Space Management > [Select a Space] > Notifications.
 - Click + Create New Notification and specify this information:.
           
- Name
 - Specify a name for the notification.
 - From
 - Specify an email address for the notification.
 - To
 - Select Report Driven.
 - Search Reports
 - Click the Folder icon to select a report.
 
 - On the Report Catalog page, select a content report.
 - Specify this information:
           
- Report
 - Select the distribution report that includes the distribution list.
 
 - Click the Folder icon to show the Report Catalog page.
 - Select the distribution report that includes your distribution list.
 - Complete the remaining fields for the notification. For example, you can set up a recurring notification schedule. 
           Note: To use the prompt value from the report to customize the subject, use a report parameter in the email subject For example, Customer Listing for $P{Employee Full Name}.
 - Select the Attachment Format for the notification.
 - Click Save.
