What is the Online Cache?
Online Cache determines whether and how frequently the app updates the dashboards on the device. The app refreshes the data from the server, by default, every 10 minutes.
Note: Cache settings are managed with the feature found under the application menu.
Previously the online and offline cache settings were managed under the menu.
To access the Cache Manager:
On iOS, if the data changes often and you want to see more frequent updates, lower the cache time. To improve app performance, especially if the data does not often change, increase the cache time.
On Android, the cache is always Enabled.
