Notifications for reports with applied filters

Notifications are created with the filters that were applied to the report when the notification was first created. Filters can use repository variables to dynamically display data for your notifications. For example, you might use a repository variable for yesterday's date to show the finalized sales numbers for the previous day.

To view the filters applied:

  1. From the Notification form for a notification, navigate to the Report field.
  2. Select a report that has applied filters.
  3. Click the Filters icon to view the filters applied.
    Note: The Filters icon does not display if a filter is not already applied.
    The Report - Filters panel is displayed listing the applied filters.
  4. You can configure the filter(s) for the notification here.
    Note: You cannot add filters here, only manage existing applied filters.
