Tagging Visualizer reports for ICBI

Reports are tagged using Report Catalog in Infor Birst Admin 2.0. Tagging a report indicates the application page where the report should be displayed.

This list shows the behavior for tags:

  • Reports are included on a particular page if the report is tagged with that screenID.
  • If a report has multiple tags for different screenIDs, then the report is displayed on each of those application pages.
  • If multiple reports use the same screenID tag, all of those reports are displayed on the application page.
    • When more than one report is displayed on an page, the displayed report can be changed from Report List.
    • The Report List is sorted alphabetically.
  1. Select Admin > Space Management.
  2. Click Report Catalog.
  3. Users must sync when using Report Catalog for the first time in a space and after making changes in the classic interface or through Visualizer.
  4. Select your Visualizer report.
  5. Click the Add Tag icon for the report.
  6. Select the tag from the list of existing tags or create a tag by clicking Create Tag.
  7. Reports must be tagged with the screenID for the application page. This information can be found in the Context Viewer widget. Tags are case sensitive.

    For example, to show the report on the Manage Vendors page, find the screenID, which is fsm_list_Vendor_APManagerDashboard. The tag for this page is fsm_list_Vendor_APManagerDashboard.
