• The SAML SSO URL is provided in the Infor OS Portal or Infor Ming.le Identity Provider settings
• Your user has access to theInfor Birst space in which the content was created
• Your user has access to the Infor Birst features that was created by Birst, for example, Visualizer, Designer, and dashboards
• Your user is a member of the Infor Birst account where the Infor Birst SAML configuration was set up
• The user name in Infor OS Portal or Infor Ming.le is identical to the user name in Infor Birst
