Updated the Sales Force SSO to use SalesForce API 54.0 (COOL-18163)

Updated the Sales Force API version from 25.0 to 54.0.

Note: After Salesforce removes support for 25.0 completely, any customers using version 25.0 can encounter issues such as their embedded Birst dashboards no longer working. We recommend that customers update their SalesForce API configuration to 54.0.
