Sharing links

You can share links to Dashboards with your users. The link resolves to the users to the exact space and dashboard after authentication.

Only users that have access to the space and dashboard can use the link. Sharing a link does not automatically add users to the space or dashboard.

You can also share the links to a specific Bookmark by using Copy Bookmark URL option in the Bookmark menu.

Note: This feature is only available if users are authenticated on the Birst Login Page or on SP-Initiated SAML mode (SSO). This is not available for Custom SSO (Single Sign On) authentication modes.
