Disabling or enabling a user

An Account Administrator can disable or enable a user account at any time. A disabled account cannot log into Birst. Unlike a deleted account, a disabled account can be re-enabled at any time. See Deleting a user.

  1. From Admin, click User Management.
  2. Select the user or users. If you have select multiple users, their names are displayed on the page.
  3. Click Inactive to disable a user or click Active to enable a user.
