Enabling mobile access

Account Admins set user access to the Birst Mobile app from User Management. By default, users do not have access to the mobile app.

  1. From Admin, select User Management.
  2. Select the user or multiple users.
  3. Click Mobile Usage to select the usage level for the user(s). There are three states of Mobile Usage: None, Online Only, and Online & Offline.
  4. To remove the offline data stored on a user's device, select Remove All from the Mobile Data field. Then, confirm your action.
