Viewing Account Telemetry

The Telemetry feature allows Account Admins access to metrics and KPIs for jobs, users, and spaces in an account.

  1. From Admin, select Telemetry. The Account Telemetry collection, Overview dashboard is displayed.
  2. To display a different collection, click the Collections List field. You can select a collection of: Account Telemetry, Average Run Time, or Account Details.
  3. To drill into a KPI metric, click a KPI from the dashboard. A report with a table, graphs, or charts are displayed with details for the KPI metric you clicked.
  4. To switch between the different Telemetry dashboards within a collection, select the dashboard name and then select from the Dashboard List field.


Note: The Measure Calculation Help button displays the definitions and logic for the different KPIs and fields used in each collection.
