What is the Online Cache?
The Online Cache determines whether and how frequently the app updates the dashboards on the device. The app refreshes the data from the server, by default, every 10 minutes.
Note: Cache settings are now managed with the Cache Manager feature found under the application menu. Previously the online and offline cache settings were managed under the Settings menu.
You can access the Cache Manager as follows:
On iOS:
If the data changes often and you want to see more frequent updates, lower the cache time.
To improve app performance, especially if the data does not often change, increase the cache time.
On Android:
On Android the cache is always Enabled.
