What is the Generate Thumbnails setting
On the space home screen the dashboards display as either a generic image or a thumbnail of the actual dashboard. By default the Generate Thumbnails setting is on, and an image of a dashboard is generated after you visit the dashboard.
In some cases you can speed up rendering in the app by turning Generate Thumbnails off.
Tip: If you turn on Hardware Acceleration, Generate Thumbnails is automatically turned off.
