Space Administrators can export the result set of a report with up to 500,000 rows as a .txt file.
Tips:
By default, the maximum result size of a report run in Classic Designer or Original Dashboards is set to 10,000 rows.
The maximum number of rows that can be returned from a query can be changed in the space properties on the Modify Properties page under the Manage Space tab.
Give dashboard users the ability to export reports in different formats by adding them to a group that has downloads enabled at Admin - Manage Access - Manage Groups.
To export report data
| 1. | Create and save the report in Classic Designer. |
| 2. | Go to Admin - Manage Access - Export Report Data. |
| 3. | Select the report in the dropdown list and click Export Data. The result set of the report will be listed as a .zip file under the Exported Data Available to Download heading. |
| 4. | Click the file name to download it then select to either open it or save it. The .zip file contains the result set of the report in .txt format. |
Tip: The last ten exported result sets will be listed on the Export Report Data page.
