Downloading SAP Library Files
In order to use the SAP Connectors,
you need to download the required libraries from SAP, save them to a folder
on a local machine, and launch Birst
Connect from the command line.
Running Birst Connect
from the command line (using Java, not using Java Web Start) allows you
to use the Birst Connect
user interface interactively. This is required when you need to use features
of Birst Connect that
require third party resources that are not distributed through Birst Connect due to licensing
requirements. See Running
Birst Connect from
the Command Line.
