Oracle CRMOD Connector

Oracle CRM On-Demand (Oracle CRMOD) is customer relationship management software that helps businesses manage sales, customer service, and marketing information. Use the Infor Oracle CRM On-Demand Connector to extract data from these Oracle objects:

  • Account
  • Contact
  • Lead
  • Opportunity
  • Activity
  • Service Request
  • Solution
  • User
  • Address
  • Asset
  • Product
  • Campaign
  • Book
  • Division
    and
  • Custom objects

Implementation and Usage Notes

  • The Oracle CRMOD Connector supports Oracle CRMOD 26.0.
  • The Oracle CRMOD Connector uses the Oracle CRMOD Web Services 2.0 APIs, Service APIs, and Administrative Service APIs.
  • The Oracle CRMOD account must be assigned a role that has the specific WEB_SERVICES_INT privilege to send Web service requests.
  • The Oracle CRMOD account must have authorization to access the relevant Oracle CRMOD record data.
  • Oracle CRMOD web services can be stateless or stateful. Stateless requests allow better performance because they don't impact session limit quota. Stateless requests should be enabled for the Oracle CRMOD account. Otherwise, when relevant, the connector will use stateful requests.
  • Object names and column labels are shown in the default language of the account.
  • Performance may be slow for objects with over 100,000 rows. To improve performance in this situation, use either or both of these techniques:
    • Divide columns into 3 or 4 parts and add them as individual saved objects.
    • Use month-by-month or quarter-by-quarter selection criteria for saved objects.

For general usage notes see Connect to Cloud Applications Using Application Connectors.
