Screen Resolution

The recommended screen resolution for running the Birst web-based application is 1280 x 1024.

Zooming

Browser zoom-in and zoom-out functionality is not supported with Birst interfaces.

Note: The Visualizer menu can disappear in a web browser if you change the browser font size in the browser settings menu, from medium (recommended) to large or extra-large. If you revert the font size back to Medium, it will restore the menu.

Browser Requirements

Support for JavaScript and cookies.

The Birst SaaS Cloud environment requires TLS 1.2.

Birst makes every effort to support browser updates within a reasonable time frame after release by the vendor.
