Applying Changes to Multiple Elements in Layout Mode

When you are using the Layout tab in Classic Designer, you can select multiple elements to apply changes to more than one element at the same time. For example, you could change label properties like font and color for multiple elements.

To apply changes to multiple elements in the Classic Designer Layout tab

1.

Press Ctrl and click the elements you want to select or drag a box around the elements you want to select.

2.

Click the Options menu and select one of the following items: Align, Line Up, Properties, Size and Layout, Column Borders, Increase Font Sizes or Decrease Font Sizes.

3.

Click the Results tab to see the changes to the report.

4.

Click Report - Save.
