Unlock a User Account
A user account is locked after an attempt to log in fails five or more times. Only an Account Administrator can unlock a user account.
To unlock a user account
- From Admin 2.0, select User Management. Tip: If you do not see this button, you are not an Account Administrator and do not have access to this functionality.
- Select the username, then click Unlock Account.
Tip: To reset a password, the user should click the Forgot Your Password? link on the login page. The user will be directed to enter their username and a code, then the user will receive an email message with instructions for resetting the password.
