Grant Account Administrator Status

An Account Administrator can grant Account Administrator status to another Birst user. Once the user has Account Administrator status, the user can access theUser Management features.

To enable or disable Account Administrator status

1. From the Admin 2.0 Homepage, click User Management.
   Tip: If you do not see this button, you are not an Account Administrator and do not have access to this feature.
2. Select the user or users.
3. The available choice will depend on the selected users' admin status.
   • To enable an admin account, select Promote User to Admin.
   • To disable an admin account, select Revoke User's Admin Access.
