Shared Connections
Use the Admin 2.0 Shared Connection feature to create a connection at an account level that you can be reuse across spaces within your account. Users in your account will be able to see all account level connections in all of their spaces and use them to import objects or live access metadata into their space without having to share the connection's credential information with a large subset of users.
Note: You must be an Account Administrator to create, edit or delete Shared Connections.
Click the create Shared Connections icon to open up the connection configuration interface.
The set up from this point is the same as creating your own Data Connection which is detailed in the Connect to Data help topic.
After you configure and save your saved connection, your shared connections will be shared with all users within the account. You have the option to edit or delete the connection.
Note: Once your shared connection is created, the users in your account will have the option to reuse the shared connection when they create new connections in Modeler as follows:

Users can select a shared connection created by your Account Administrator from the Modeler Connect page.
