Empty Source in Prepare (PRONTO-12232)

Added the ability for users to empty a source in Prepare (Birst HTML) so that the data is removed from the space, but the source is not fully deleted. Previously, sources could be emptied in Birst Flash but not in HTML. Now, if a user empties a source, the application displays a confirmation message indicating emptying the source removes the data in the source but Birst maintains the source structure. Users can empty multiple sources in a space at the same time.

Note: Sources can be emptied in Enterprise spaces only.
