Running a workflow

Running a workflow executes the workflow's steps sequentially. All tasks contained in a workflow step are executed in parallel.

1. From Orchestration, select your workflow.
   
2. Click on the more options menu.
3. Select Run Workflow.
   
   The Run Workflow option is only available to a Space Administrator with access to that space. If the Space Administer does not have access, they will only see when the workflow is scheduled to run.
4. As the workflow runs, the gear icon to the left of the workflow name will turn blue and spin.
   
   
5. To cancel a running workflow, select the workflow and click Cancel Run.
