Ad-hoc analysis

This table describes the functions of the toolbar in ad-hoc analysis:

Icon Description
Go to Start Page Return to the Self-Service start page.
Export to PDF View or save the analysis in PDF format.
Export to Excel View or save the analysis in Excel format. Values are exported but the formulas from which they are derived are not.
Export to PowerPoint View or save the analysis to PowerPoint format.
Add to Favorites Adds the analysis to a list of your favorite reports.
Load from Favorites Opens a saved report from your favorites.
Create Chart Select a chart to use for your analysis.
Suppression Options Enable zero suppression on rows or columns.
Filters Select and search for elements for each hierarchy.
Properties Change the data source or enable write-back. If you enable write-back, then you can also enable editing attributes and adding rows to your data table.
