Reviewing Communications Archive Configurations

The Archive Configuration page is visible only if you have the appropriate user role or the Administrator role COMMArchivalConfig.

To review the communication archive configuration:

  1. Select Archive Configuration.
  2. Select the Communications Archive Configuration tab.
  3. Review this information:
    Data Object Name
    The name of the object (for example InboundMessage).
    Data Object Description
    The description of the data object.
    Retention Days
    The number of days after which the records of this type are purged.
    Archive to Data Lake
    Indicates if this data object type is enabled to be archived to Data Lake. This check box is selected to ensure records of this data type are archived prior to being purged.
