In cloud environments, you can manually import messages on the Import Messages page. You can use the manual message import to test messages or to import messages that cannot be imported automatically. The Import Messages page includes a list of successfully imported messages and failed message imports. All messages that Transformation processes start in Import Messages. These messages can originate from ION Connector, Communications, Shipping, or be manually imported.

The application can be integrated with Infor Process Mining, which is a tool that helps businesses gain insights into their operations by analyzing and visualizing their processes. It allows organizations to map out how their processes actually work in practice by using data from their IT systems. It enables companies to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and deviations from the intended process flow. To facilitate this integration, the Internal Correlation ID field on the Import Messages page and detail page is used to trace messages as they are processed through the application. The ID is assigned by the service, such as ION Connector, or Communications, from which the initial message originated. Transformation assigns the Internal Correlation ID for manually imported messages or a message that does not already have an ID assigned.

You can edit, correct, and replace the content of messages that could not be imported and you can delete messages. Additionally, you can upload XML message files into the application.

To search for imported messages, specify filter criteria in the field entries of the required columns.

To view the detail settings, click the Drill down button of an imported message.
