Importing Cums

  1. Select Release Management > Administrative Functions > Import Cums. The Import Cums page is displayed.
    Note: 
    • The Import Cums option is displayed only if the ImportCums feature is set to Active on the Codes page.
    • You can access the ImportCums feature by selecting the FeatureActivation record from the Codes page.
  2. Select an Import Behaviour. Possible values:
    Skip Errors
    If errors occur when importing Cums, the plans that cause an error are skipped and the other correct plans are updated.
    Test Mode
    The plan data is not modified.
    Note: You can use this mode to check for the errors before importing the data.
  3. Select the .csv file using the Import File Path.
    Note: Do not include the title header in the .csv file.
  4. Click Import. The application displays a confirmation message, and the Import Successful check box is selected.
    Note: 
    • The Description field indicates the sequence in which data fields must be specified.
    • You can view the log information in the Log Entries section.
    • The negative value in the Count column indicates the warning.
    • The log history is stored temporarily and is deleted when you refresh the page or open another form.
    • You can use the Export option to export the log history in the Excel format.
