Processing an unprocessed blocked plan
You can manually process the plans with Exception Status set to Blocked,using the Process Blocked Plan option.
Note: You must be assigned the SRMAdmin role and authorized to perform this action.
When this action is performed, the application processes the first plan in the sequence that matches the business key of the selected plan and uses the lowest message sequence number.
If the processing of a plan is successful, the application continues to process the next Blocked plans in the sequence. The application stops the sequence when all plans are processed successfully, or the processing of a plan fails.
