Reviewing the list of tags

On the Tags page, you can review the list of tags created from Infor CloudSuite Portal (CSP) and Infor Self-Service Portal (SSP) for the current tenant.

  1. Select Master Data > Tags.
  2. Review this information:
    Name
    The name given to the tag created in CSP or SSP.
    Description
    The description of the tag as given in CSP or SSP.
    # of Resources
    The number of resources added to the tag. At the time the tag is created, the number of resources is zero.
    Change Date
    The date that the tag is updated by the user, CSP or SSP.
    Status
    These status values are applicable to a tag:
    • Locked - The tag is set to locked by CSP or SSP, and the tag cannot be updated.
    • Active - The tag is set to active by CSP or SSP, and the tag can be updated.
